My new discovery — you can brunch or dine with Uplift Musical Theatre on Zoom, and they will sing to you! (from all around the world)…
Worth watching for Ariana’s sweet belter of a voice in a Queen song and chats about the theatre world. You may get a tour of other cities — today Sydney at night! and have a good nose of people’s rooms/houses/bookcase/microphone game! The singing is really beautiful and fun, and the stories — Thomas Currie is telling us about stepping into Les Mis last minute due to COVID and being half the cast from the sound of things! Plus Irene’s high notes!
Tickets are free — but you can give a donation to keep the performances rolling. Performances will soon be online…and live!
Be prepared to be unmuted to cheer, clap and whoop! There’s a dance break too!!!
